hi my name is ADAM and i am addicted to the internet. i have been using the internet for about 8 years socially; when i entered high school i started using the internet almost every day. now that i am in college i use the internet when i wake up and right after school.. pretty much all night until i go to sleep, which is usually anywhere from 2am-5am, because of the internet. the internet has destroyed my life. whenever i am not on the internet all i can think about is the internet. it is impossible for me to sit down without opening my laptop and turning on the internet. i cant get anything done.. i cant make any friends (unless they are on the internet.) please somebody help me overcome my addiction to the internet. i am at the end of my rope.
